THE CITY TAX

The cityt tax is € 6,00 per night per person.

THE DEPOSIT DAMAGE

The deposit damage is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

In case of damage we’ll keep the amount in order at the damage. In case the damage cost is more expensive than the deposit damage, the guest must pay the difference.

CHECK-IN 

The check-in must be communicated early and it’s possible during the following time:

• Check-in from 15:00 to 20:00

Check-in earlier than 15:00 can be possible, please inform us. It’s possible to leave the luggage from 11:00am.

Check-in later than 20:00 it’s possible. It costs € 30,00.

Check-in later than 24:00 it’s possible. It costs € 50,00.

Check-in later than 01:00am it’s not possible.

Checkin delayed. The arrival day, on case of delaying not communicated on time, it will be requested a fee for € 10,00 for each hour of delay.

CHECK-OUT

• Check-out by 10:00am

Check-out later than 10:00am can be possible, please ask us to verify.

The check-out is by 10:00 am. Before to exit, remind to leave the keys and the garage remote control of the parking on the table inside the apartment. When you exit, please close the door behind you.

TOILET PAPER

Do not throw anything in the toilet. Just the toilet paper.

SILENCE HOURS

Please respect the silence hours (13:00-16:00 and 23:30-08:00) and the neighborliness rules (no noises during the night).

DISH CLEANING

The final cleaning doesn’t include the dish cleaning. Please leave cleaned dishes, cutlery and cookware.
